Elizabeth Guildford

Elizabeth Guildford is a native Haligonian and has worked as a Production Manager/Line Producer throughout Atlantic Canada since 1995. She studied photography at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and at the Parson's School of Design in New York.  While in New York, Elizabeth was offered an apprenticeship with the late Kenn Duncan, photographer for the American Ballet Theatre and award winning fashion photographer.

Prior to Long Format production, Elizabeth worked in Broadcasting and Advertising for 7 years.  She has worked on national and international campaigns for Labatts,  Ford, Chrysler and McCains, as well as numerous regional clients.

Elizabeth is the go to person in Nova Scotia when a local or foreign production is searching for an experienced skilled Line Producer who the local crew line up to work with.  Some of her selected credits are:  “Outlander” for The Weinstein Company,  The Circuit for ABC Family, David Gordon Green’s “Snow Angels” for Crossroads Films,  “Ambulance Girl”, directed and staring Cathy Bates – and more recently the documentary series “Breaking Point” a UK co production for the Discovery network.

Elizabeth is a member of the Directors Guild of Canada-Atlantic Regional Council, where she currently holds a board position and is a member of the Nova Scotia Film Advisory Council.
